Our Mission

“To promote and advocate for business and trade in the Oakland Asian Community”

The Oakland Chinatown Chamber of Commerce (OCCC) was established in 1985 by a group of local professionals to promote business in the Asian community and provide a forum to discuss government policies.

Today, we represent diverse ethnic groups and a wide range of businesses and professions in both Oakland Chinatown and the Bay Area. We represent and help voice your opinion at local government and public agencies’ meetings and hearings.
